Kick Boxing is a very popular form of exercise taught all around the world, it is an ideal way of keeping fit equally suitable to men, women and children.
It is non traditional, has no set routines or sequences, the main aim is for the student to become fitter, more confident and increase their ability to defend themselves.
Kick Boxing differs from country to country but our style is Semi/Light Contact Western Style of Kick Boxing, it incorporates the kicks from Tae Kwon Do and Karate and the punching of Boxing.
A great all round fitness and self defence workout comprising of Punching and Kicking techniques performed against an imaginary opponents, on punch bags and focus mits then with a partner training steadily then built up to use in free sparring when a student feels ready.
At our Centre Kick Boxing is taught in a fun, safe and relaxed environment by highly qualified Black Belt Instructor’s, most of whom have competed in local and national competitions for many years with good success.
Our Kids classes are held twice a week, but other classes are available as well, Adult classes run Monday to Thursday. As well as mixed classes we also have ladies only class and a Fitness Kick Boxing class.
Kick Boxing has a structured grading program from White Belt to Black Belt.
